The Ramen was AMAZING! So far it was the best we have ever had. We tried another popular ramen restaurant in Albany prior, but Kazan was much better. Also, the sushi was delicious and well made. The staff was super friendly and polite. Our waiter was super patient and answered all of our questions. The food came out quickly. The steamed duck rolls were incredible. We had a fantastic experience and plan to return. The one and only thing I would change would be to add a kids menu. It is perfect without it of course, but would be a good addition for families 🙂
I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant, blending the best of BBQ, sushi, and ramen. My impromptu decision to bring my new wife here turned into a culinary delight. The food was nothing short of phenomenal, a symphony of flavors that left our taste buds dancing.

Not only did he provide top-notch assistance, but his clear instructions on how to master the grill and navigate the diverse menu made the evening seamless. This place is awesome! They serve fresh, delicious Japanese cuisine at great prices. The service was wonderful and the restaurant is very clean. I can’t wait to come back!
This is an Awesome spot for Sushi, Ramen, and Specially the fried rice! Finally stopped in after passing by many times while at the mall and always was tempted to look at the menu and once I seen that they had Gluten Free noodles, I was guaranteed to try it eventually. I got a spicy tuna roll and my fiancé got a shrimp tempura roll, both were So Good and very well made! Decent wasabi as well! Then we shared a shrimp fried rice and our Ramen bowls came out just after the rice. The shrimp fried rice was Absolutely the best! The smell, the taste just blew us away. Every bite was pure happiness! The ramen bowls were nice and big and presented beautifully! It was my fiancé’s first time trying ramen and she fell in love first sip of the broth. It Was Excellent! Ella our server did an outstanding job and the manager I believe gave us some great recommendations as well! We are excited to come back for me delicious food!
Super yummy! Not pictured is the curry fried rice and 1000/10, gotta try it! Sushi was made to order, fresh, delicious. Wasabi was legit with a kick, not the tube stuff some places use. Drinks were strong but delicious. Enjoyed everything we ordered and will be back for ramen/bbq!
