Nice cozy ramen place. You can build your own bowl of ramen which was the interesting part. It’s not the best ramen or broth used but we enjoyed the food as we got to choose the ingredients we like with our noodles.
Stumbled upon this place on a business trip while looking for a quick bite. Since I was alone, I was happy to sit at the bar at the back of the restaurant. Personally, it was a great experience to have that area to myself with large windows. As for the food, the curry noddles were amazing. I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture as I was too eager to devour it. I also ordered the korean style chicken wings.
Ultimate Tonkotsu Ramen was a great recommendation by a friendly staff member. Great spot on a cold night in Albany……food was great and service was polite and fast. Restaurant fills up quickly during dinner time but worth the wait if there is a line.
Best restaurant in the capital region! Everything I’ve tried is beyond tasty. The atmosphere is laid back, and the owner is an absolute delight. He actually gave me a free sample of a new potential summer dish they’re contemplating on releasing, and of course, it was a slap. I wish I had taken a photo, but I got to it before I it even crossed my mind. My usual go-to is the Gyudon.
Omg, this is what the capital district needs, small business with great food. Fresh, good presentation and well done flavor profiles
Impressed, yes I was
