Food and service were both fantastic. Quality Mexican food for sure! Will return again if we are ever in the area. Only bad part about the dining experience was that we sat outside on the covered patio and were surrounded by bees the entire time. Luckily no one got stung but made for an uncomfortable dining experience.
The food here was all right. I was surprised to see the great reviews. The chicken had a bit too much salt. A friend who got the cheese sauce on top of the chicken said that the sauce tasted like something out of a can. Would not stop here agaib.
This is one of those food chains that could use some management oversight from a higher level. The food is actually very good but the service and atmosphere were poor at best. We arrived on a beautiful day and hoped to eat outside on the patio. Unfortunately, they have a dumpster right next to the seating area that really stood out. Not because of the look but because of the smell. Who wants to sit next to an open dumpster for dinner? Anyways we decided to sit inside and found that the hostess was extremely nice and seated us right away. Unfortunately, it took forever for our food to arrive, apparently due to some staffing issues. Once we received our meal it was incredible but soured by the long wait and strange circumstances with the dumpster outside. Overall it’s not a bad place, since the food is great, I’m just not sure how anyone can think it’s ok to have a dumpster right next to the patio and front door. Might not even be up to code.
On my way to Boston I had stopped in at albany to get dinner before I get to my hotel Quality Inn nearby . Have been here few times in past but don’t recall wrote a review on Google or Yelp !! So here it is good quantities f free chips salsa and menu pricing is reasonable based on other Mexican or Indian restaurants I visit . margarita is my favorite drink which is generally house lime Margarita. Being vegetarian I always prefer chili pablano with cheese standard with rice and beans .. chips are usually plenty to get crunch . Two Pablano are too much but cants help it . If in Albany look them up on Google or Yelp won’t be disappointed!!!
This restaurant is very underrated I think. The service was lovely and very accommodating. Food came quickly, lots of options on the menu and fun drinks. Portion sizes are large. With most meals you could probably feed two people per meal. Prices are also very good for the amount of food. This authentic Mexican food was delicious! No roaches here! 10/10 would recommend.
