It’s nice to see pizzerias breathe in new life in the neighborhood that I grew up in. I stopped by here yesterday and tried the personal cheese pie for the first time and I thought it was pretty good. Nice, thin and crispy. Just the way I liked it! 🙂 It was so tasty that I finished it all on my way home. Thank you for your service Pizzeria Michelina! I’ll be back again very soon!
Awesome woodfired neapolitan style pizza in Albany! Picked up two pies on a Friday night to try this place out, and the rave reviews don’t lie. Great pizza made quick in their woodfired oven. I can’t wait to go back.
This place is amazing in terms of food and service. Probably the best pizza I have had in Albany so far. Now if only they could find a way to stay open consistently… I have tried to go twice since my first time there and both times they have been closed early due to “illness”.
Update: I finally made it back on a day they were open and it was delicious again. I got a custom pizza with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. It was so good, I ate almost the entire 16in pizza in one sitting. It’s difficult to find a pizza place in Albany where the crust is so good that it would be a waste to not finish it. Definitely the best pizza I’ve had in Albany and highly recommend trying it.
Another update: if you like clams, their clam pizza is delicious. More of an acquired taste and maybe not as consistently delicious as their Margherita or Gregorio pizza, but definitely a personal favorite.
Delicious wood fired pizza in Albany area. So good we took another one to eat at home. Simple and small place but very friendly staff. High quality ingredients! Highly recommend if you like Neapolitan style pizza
Unreal pizza.
Went for lunch and we were treated like kings by the staff. They made our pizza perfectly, and we spoke about a few nice things. Very happy we went. Thank you!!!
