I brought
my son for his 16th Birthday celebration. He is a steak lover and is a fan of steak chains which is easy on my pocketbook! He prefers other local chains but I had a GC I wanted to use ASAP in leu of the closing of many Outback locations nationwide and several in NYS. A very pleasant visit with all welcoming
staff. Our waiter Josh was very on point and attentive. Our beverages were brought out quickly and fresh hot bread. I ordered the new Watermelon Cocktail which really isn’t in season for Central NY but was refreshing and blended well all the refreshing citrus tastes of Spring to come. I loved the Kuala Bear floating on top (that is really why I ordered it!)😅 Blooming Onion to start, Rib Eye Steak, with Mac and Cheese, and Fries for him. I ordered the three course meal with garden salad , 6 oz Sirloin, and twice baked potato. Everything was delicious just my sirloin was closer to rare than medium rare but I take much of my meal to go and rare is easy to reheat without over reheating. So much food for the price and much to go. I gave my son the cheesecake that came with my three course meal. It looked like probably frozen prepackaged but he enjoyed it nonetheless. Very pleasant visit, I hope our local branch is not on the chopping block! We would be very sad to see it go.
Had a great experience here today! The food was fast and fresh! Bonus our waitress Stacy was super sweet and very attentive! Great job!
Absolutely delicious! I’m typically not a big fan of most chain restaurants, I was near outback so I decided to try it out for lunch And I’m glad I did! Everything was phenomenal from the drinks, The food and the outstanding customer service! The hostess was super nice and we were immediately seated. Our server came over very shortly after We were seated to start our drink orders. She was very attentive for our whole visit. We started our meal with the kookaburra wings and coconut shrimp, both were cooked perfectly and exceptionally seasoned. I truly never thought outback would have some of the best wings I’ve ever had, but here I am raving about them! I had the blueberry lavender lemonade which is an alcohol drink and it was absolutely amazing! I am a sucker for lavender and this was some of the best! For our entrees we had the rack of rib meal, a steak with lobster mac and cheese And the blooming onion burger. All of our entrees were delicious, cooked perfectly and very well seasoned. Unfortunately we did not have room for dessert because we were all stuffed! The only thing I wish I could change is I wish it was closer to my house so I could go more often! Me and my family cannot wait to return and will be doing so in the near future! Overall, I highly recommend this outback location.

Smoked Cinnamon Pecan Old Fashioned…
I normally do not review chain restaurants, but I am making an exception for this because of the impressive cocktail. The drink is served with a lid to keep the oak smoke in, while in transit to your table. As soon as you open it, the smoke billows out, and you are welcomed by the sense of sitting around a campfire, about to enjoy a nice highball.
I was concerned that some flavors could be overwhelming, but any fears were laid to rest upon the first sip. The smoky flavor was aromatic as opposed to being infused in the beverage. The Bourbon is the star of the show, with its dominant flavor, without being overbearing. The cinnamon and pecan flavors are subtle and complimentary. I could have used a little more orange zest, but I am not mad about it. this is new on the menu, and I hope it stays as a regular item.
Went to Outback on 06 July 2024, with a group of friends; I wanted to test out Rare Steak for the 1st time. We started off with a small group of 4, that ended up turning into a group of 7; so we through a lot at our waitress Erica, at the very last moment.
Erica was absolutely amazing! We had a slight issue with some of the food, and she handle it quickly, kindly, and even apologized for everything.
The best part was, we were making Outback jokes (was just doing a play off the name), and Erica even joined in with the play on words. Which, we live in a world where everyone is afraid to speak up anymore, and the fact that she was comfortable enough to join in on the jokes shows the type of personality she has, and gives her more points.
