I’ve never ate at sonic until today and I won’t return. I made an order online on the website. It instructs you to pull up to the stall, hit the red button and give them your name. Could barely hear anyone, first of all which I told them. And even after finally getting across to them I had a pick up order, they sat in silence for about 3 minutes before giving me attitude and asking if I needed more time. Then they said to me, you know there is a designated pick up area in the restaurant? No, I don’t KNOW that because I’ve never been here and I’m following the instructions on the confirmation email that does not tell me to go inside to pick up my food. Also, the food was nasty.
I ordered a garlic butter cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks and 2 limeade. I spoke clearly and loud and the two drive in cashiers couldn’t hear. They gave me only one and the fact that the place doesn’t do Apple Pay is extremely absurd. Never coming hear much again til further improvement
I probably won’t be coming back here now this is the second time I’ve arrived here and there has been an issue. I ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger large combo with tots and the groovy fries. You’d have thought that I was constructing them to start spinning nuclear centrifuges. Three people were served before I was. The woman that was running orders out sitting next to the door on her phone. Absolutely horrid experience, watching somebody else get served as we speak. Never got my groovy fries. MAKE THAT NUMBER 4. I’LL GO TO LATHAM NEXT TIME THEIR FOOD IS NOT MUCH BETTER BUT AT LEAST THE SERVICE IS NOT HORRIFIC LIKE THIS.
The food was prepared quickly, the sercice was very helpful and wekcoming but it was late so not muxh aimosphere to speak of. No one was dining in and I picked up the order to go. Call ahead
Got shakes, they were very tasty. Real strawberry chunks in the strawberry flavor. However, the paper straws they provide just don’t cut it. Recommend asking for a spoon if you get the shakes.
