Stopped by on just to get a small coffee and a Bagel with cream cheese. I did all my transactions through the app. Came in and a Male attendant went out of his way to be rude. Made me wait like 10 mins for my coffee and didn’t even place it on the “To Go” tray. My guy just left it on his side of the counter and did not have the courtesy to tell me I could take my order. I looked at him and said “is my order ready?” and he looked and just was like ” yes you can take it”. I asked his name and he did not want to tell me despite I asked 3 times. He knows he’s doing it wrong and when confronted he doesn’t want to acknowledge his attitude. I feel bad for people who has to put up with this customer service. My local Dunkin’ people where I leave are amazing. I could never deal with someone like this. Dude has the wrong line of work and customers pay for it.
Great staff and love my morning coffee! One of best Dunkin around the area. Efficient staff and also had a big order and staff was able to prepare order pretty fast.
I always have a great experience at this Dunkin. Store is clean, service is fast and friendly, and the food is tasty!
I am surprised by some of the bad reviews because I love this Dunkin Donuts! The staff is always friendly, the service is speedy, the coffee and treats are always delicious and the space is always nice and clean. What else could you ask for?!
Staff goes above and beyond. My coffee was fresh and hot and my breakfast sandwich was tasty! Will be back!
