Every time I go there I wonder why I’ve gone back. Most of the time my order is wrong but every single time the fries are cold. I live so close I can walk. So when my husband gets me some fries, on his way home (in the car) they should be hot. Not even a little warm!! I called and they answer “yeah, what’s up?” I get the manager, tell him my experience, and he says, “so why you calling then?” Fast food is not hard. I worked in food service for 10 years. That job is specifically for kids but the kids in Alden clearly don’t care. I’m hoping to get a hold of the store owner or day manager so they know how rude and careless the night staff is. I will NEVER go back to that place again!
On 5/28/24 between 9:30 and 10 am After waiting over 5 minutes to get waited on I was finally able to place my order for what turned out to be a greasy sausage McMuffin. This on top of the restaurant smelling like a toilet. The entire restaurant smelled like a portable toilet. Just a horrible experience. I ended up throwing up my sandwich. I called to speak with the manager and she told me “Just don’t come here anymore” Now that’s some manager. Probably not qualified to manage a Lemonade stand. I will not be going back there.
Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich was overcooked and cold couldn’t even melt the cheese, fries were undercooked and cold my Large beverage was filled completely with ice hardly any Dr Pepper in it, it took 15+ minutes to get my order so I didn’t bother to say anything because I didn’t have the time to wait to get new items, goes without saying not going back here and they probably don’t care.
I live by this McDonald’s, everytime we come here the sweet tea is cloudy and gross. They mess up our order all the time and never change the fryer oil. Even the pickles aren’t the same at this McDonald’s. I’m not one to complain but it’s awful for how much McDonald’s cost. We’ve lived in the area for a little over a year.
Stopped in after Red Hot Chili Pepper concert. Service was friendly and fast. Thank you
