Deceptive business practices.
Their online prices seemed to good to be true. We asked before ordering if the online menu pricing was correct. They said it was.
I took pictures of my receipt on top of a tablet showing their prices compared to the receipt. I also took one with the receipt on the main page so you can see it’s the same place. Every item was almost $5 more expensive. I understand raising prices for inflation, but they should either fix their menu or inform people it is wrong before they order and not when they check the receipt.
Their food is good but customer service is lacking. In 7 months they have screwed up my order 3 different times. I order about once a month. I feel like I should have been compensated a little better for my inconvenience if they want return business. Not looking for a freebie. Carbone’s in Alden does a much better job overall. Good food too.
Excellent service. Friendly people. God awful pizza. The slices were about 5 inches long. They were dry as hell. They definitely sat for a while.

They made their pizza with the plastic-like Kraft singles cheese, and it was disgusting. Even worse, the “cheese” was completely burnt around the edges. Both myself and my wife got stomach aches after eating the food here. Everything else on the pizza was fine, and it would’ve been a good pizza if they didn’t use that nasty fake cheese.
I wish their menu showed us that they don’t use real cheese before we ordered. I would have gone to the other pizzeria a block down the road if I’d known in advance. If you’re going to get food here, get a sub or something instead.
The employees looked miserable inside. One employee making food looked angry, and I saw another employee crying in her car in the parking lot before walking in for her shift.
I will not be going back.
We absolutely LOVE it here! They are always so friendly & the food us amazing! Keep it up guys! Truly the BEST!
