Having previously lived in Alfred, I’ve frequented this place as there was no other choice in town for Chinese.
Food was mediocre but decent for a quick meal/late-night grab. Restaurant cleanliness was questionable.
**TIP OF ADVICE: Always count your change ($) !!
Myself and others had repeatedly called them out for not giving back the correct amount!
The panda is open late and that makes it convenient for me. Very good food just wish had more opinions for the flavors for the chicken wings
Everytime I walk in this place I am greeted with a smile. Weather it be in braud daylight or 1:30 am when I am blackout drunk. It’s the place to hit.
This Chinese restaurant is only good if you are drunk or hungover. Makes sense in the college town. Had it when I was in college tried it again as an adult and will not be going back. Food just tastes gross. Even simple things like rice and sweet and sour chicken were not good. There are better options in Hornell and Wellsville. The only good thing is the price.
If I could give them a negative star I would. Ate there two days ago (3/30/24) and ended up with food poisoning the next morning. They seem like nice people but this is not the first time I’ve heard of someone getting very sick from eating there
