I love this place, it’s my favorite drink spot! I go at least once per week, but more if I get the chance! My whole family loves these drinks. The flavors are delicious, the teas look spectacular, and the ladies working there are amazing as well. Highly recommend!!!
Recently moved to the Guilderland area. I had known about this place for a while and really wanted to try it out! I absolutely love coming here for my morning/early afternoon breaks! There are so many good flavored teas and they are very refreshing, especially on those warm spring and summer days! The staff is very welcoming and fun to chat with. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
I came here earlier this week for the first time ever . I was greeted by a nice women , whom I presume is the owner. She took the time to explain each shake to me and how the menu worked. The shake was fantastic, and with such a big menu, delicious looking menu I will definitely be back . I also tried the protein balls , they were also flavorful.
I was lucky enough to meet the owner on my first stop into upset nutrition today! Holy cow, I am so impressed! She literally made my day with her radiant energy and it was so nice to hear more about their business. I’m so glad I stopped in and I am enjoying my delicious drink. Thank you so much!
I’ve been going to Upstate Nutrition for a while now. Honestly, this is one of the best Tea locations in the Capital District! The tea is always on point and has the right amount of umph to power you through your day or Taekwondo testing day! The customer service is second to none! Always friendly and make it feel like you are welcome! Thanks Upstate for being the best!
