My son and I moved to the village over the weekend and we stopped into Paisano’s Pizza Villa today for lunch. Service was quick, friendly and our pizza was delicious. Being new in town, we felt completely comfortable and welcomed, you gained a new loyal family today. Thank you♥️
Forgot to give us our pizza and when I went back to get it and asked for some sort of discount or compensation they said there was nothing they could do. As I was leaving the manager said “well it’s not really our fault” how isn’t it???
NO stars! Your level of delivery incompetence is unbelievable! Delivered to the wrong address….will be another hour after the hour and 15 since the order? Can’t speak to the manager? Come down and say something? Lady on the phone wants to know where her pizza is, I don’t know what to tell her……bye? You suck and I will NEVER patronize you EVER again!!! Pretty sad after 40 years of great food! As if that all wasn’t enough…3 hours later got a call from the nursing home that’s in the OPPOSITE direction of our house saying they have our pizza do we want to come get it. LOL! Where does the incompetence end? I make better pizza anyway.
I stopped ordering from here years ago due to declining service. Today… I had no choice as Rosa Villa was closed. We ordered the family meal (24 cut with 24 boneless wings and 2 2liters). The pizza had NO sauce on it and the wings were mediocre at best. My kids were hungry so they ate a few slices. My husband and I had 1 each and we could barely choke it down. Called them up to explain the situation. They don’t give refunds even though I offered to return the pizza. They offered to bring a 12 cut replacement because between my 4 kids and 2 adults 9 slices were eaten.. so we had 3 additional slices taken away from our replacement. Lady says “well..half the pizza is already eaten..” DUH! Geez I’m sorry my children were hungry and I wasn’t going to let them look at the pizza and not eat it. They don’t understand terrible quality. The lady I spoke to was so rude about it. That’s what we get for not following my instincts. NEVER AGAIN! I’ll stick to Rosa Villa. Look at the pics and tell me how the hell 15 slices left is half of 24….
UPDATE: We’re at the 1.5 hour mark and still waiting for our “replacement”. Said 45 minutes…
UPDATE 2: Just called and the lady in charge was like “oh, well our drivers are still out delivering, so we’ll just give you partial credit for your order”. Stellar customer service guys.. *insert sarcastic eye roll here*. I said okay and she hung up, no other spoken words from her. WHOEVER YOU ARE, YOU NEED TO LEARN BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
UPDATE 3: Never received the credit for our pizza.

Still waiting for the manager to call me regarding an order and miscommunication. It’s been a couple of weeks and no call.
Update: stopped in to express being held hostage due to someone else’s actions (dissatisfied with order) so I got blocked and can’t order from them. POOR BUSINESS, guess I’ll go to Pasanes in Guilderland
