95 Nutrition Meals have been very helpful and delicious for me as I always don’t have time to pack a lunch. They are beyond flavorful and great for you! I usually go to the West Seneca location and it’s always a great experience! I am always impressed at how clean it is as well as always being greeted with a smile! I absolutely love the cookie dough balls!!!
95 Nutrition’s meals are not healthy. Most of this products is made from sodium riddled products. The meals go in and out of the freezer multiple times. They are not accurately portioned or measured. Some of these products have been in and out of freezers for months on end. The owner blatantly lies about what truly goes on behind the scenes with fake portrayals and promotion on social media. She also talks poorly about customers behind the scenes. Do not recommend coming here for your health and wellness

I’ve been a 95 Nutrition customer for many years. Their constant Changing menu makes it so it’s never monotonous! Their chefs are always working to get a healthy great tasting treat in there too!! I highly recommend them!!!
I’ve been getting meals from 95 since day one the various selection and attention to customers is absolutely second to none. I’ve loved watching this company grow and the owners truly deserve it they are great to their employees whom are very knowledgeable at all locations with great customer service, they are great to the community and so family oriented. I will always support businesses like this great job 👏🏻
We’ve been purchasing meals from 95 Nutrition for a while now. Everything we get tastes great. Perfect for the many nights everyone is going in different directions and it seems pointless to cook. Love the option of having it delivered to the house, free, for times when we don’t get to one of their locations.
