I visited this Starbucks earlier this week & was greeted with nothing but rudeness by an employee named Amelia. From the get go I was made to feel like a burden when all I wanted was a simple drink. The drive thru line was very long & when asked about the wait, I was basically told if I didn’t like I could’ve just left. Very disappointed and will not return!
I don’t go to Starbucks very often and never know what to get and always end up disappointed in my choice. This time around i decided to ask for a recommendation from staff. The drive through worker Chris took my order and asked all the right questions to make me a drink that was absolutely perfect. I said I like caffeine but something sweet, they made sure the flavor options were something I’d enjoy. 10/10 recommend
Ordered a sandwich and waited almost half an hour. They just forgot. It wasn’t busy time at all, there was just a couple customers .
The attitudes & service at this one, compared to other WNY locations- Only stop here when it’s a last resort. Yikes! Get it together! Find a new job if you aren’t happy.
I could name 5 other Buffalo-area locations with more half decent people.
Not the best Starbucks for sure.
Always running low on something. The staff doesn’t know the recipes. Once even said that some ingredients are available only in Canada however I was able to order the same at Niagara Falls blvd Starbucks location.
