The service was very pleasant. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and yummy. The donuts were a great selection and delicious. We have only been to Tim Horton’s a couple of times when we are traveling and it’s always good.
Every single time I go here and order a steak egg and cheese bagel this is what I receive. When I order a bagel with cream cheese I pay the same amount for the cream cheese as I do the bagel and there’s rarely ever a even a decent amount of cream cheese on there. I don’t know who’s in charge but they need to make sure their workers are doing their job. I’m sick of getting home and finding out I paid all this extra money for absolutely nothing.
At the beginning not welcoming ! Then Very bad and poor customer service, two ladies were so rude to my son and me, we live near so it is first thing to do in the morning, first time to have a breakfast with my teenage son and he asked for doughnuts and she asked him so he said source it and their choice was not sourced it , she was like I can’t change it because will be wasting in the garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ohhhhhh really SO what about my money dear….. WE ARE SEVEN PEOPLE USE TO BE OUR PRIMARY LOCATION BUT NOW NO THANKS will never be there again it is not about money, it is about care and respect.
I think it is about religion I think because I have my head covered so she was not even looking when I was trying to ask I recorded everything so soon will post it here BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The best Tim hortons I’ve been to in the morning! Super fast and courteous drive up service. Always gets the order right. I tell them they should be the trainer store for other locations that I’ve been to. They’re the dream team for sure! ☆☆☆☆☆
Just had the worst experience ever at Tim Hortons on Sheridan. Apparently no one in there knows what they are doing. I waited patiently for my food as they were still cooking the eggs to find out my order was wrong & the girl in the window told me to come back. That’s definitely my last visit there. Staff needs to be trained
