This place is horrible. Dirty and unkept. Check out the washroom and you’ll understand. Check the pictures of the food we ordered (cheese pizza, chicken and cheeseburger). Pizza looks like they burned the whole pizza and tried to save half of it so gave my kid the half that was less burnt. You can see the slices are not from the same pizza as the cuts don’t line up properly. The chicken was bland and the burger wasn’t cooked properly.
Service was ridiculously slow. The Caesar salads came out quick but then we had to wait over half hour for the entrees. When we asked the waitress if the food was coming soon (our kids were starving) she said it was coming and it wasn’t until 15mins later did it actually come. I will never come to this Applebee’s again and I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant to anyone.
I had ordered the dinner for 2. A steak dinner, cheeseburger dinner, and two house salads as the appetizers. The fries with the burger tasted like they were 4 hours old (my dog wouldnt even eat them) and the lettuce they put on the burger is just gross – looked like the outside of the head of lettuce mainly white (see pictures) and the lettuce that was in the salad was absolutely disgusting. Some of the pieces looked like they were days old and had huge chunks of the stem. Who puts that in a salad??? I mean a plus side, the burger and steak were cooked correctly but the presentation and taste was just awful. The steak had so much seasoning, it tasted like the French fries. Honestly, the tastiest part of this $50 meal was the garlic mashed potatoes. Both of us didn’t even finish our meals! I know we ordered within the last hour of this restaurant being open, but that shouldn’t mean we get old gross food. Do better applebees
Spent over $100 for superbowl party. I had burnt chicken which was uneditable (as you can see). The boneless chicken wings were sauced hot when i asked for bbq. The chicken fingers tasted like rubber. All the food was cold overly salty and probably the worst take out Ive ever gotten. The best item was the waffle fries after I heated them in the oven. The rice was good and the salsa. But the chips were not cooked all the way and the artichoke dip tasted like a frozen dip, probably because it was. Unfortunately half of the food was tossed.
Busy, but excellent service. Food was very good and up to expectations for this type of restaurant. Salads were fresh and ample and my companion’s ribs looked like they were prepared just right. Great value for a pleasant eating experience.
Ordered Crispy Cheddar Chicken sandwich to go….food was really good…young lady who took my order at the restaurant was very friendly..had an issue a couple of weeks ago with service….called store manager and was satisfied with his response….
