This is the absolute worst taco bell ever. They are ALWAYS out of something no matter the time of day. They are not helpful whatsoever no matter how many times I go. The last time I ordered from them they just stuffed three orders into one bag and the food was open, sloppy and spilled everywhere. It has been like this for years now. It’s not worth going to anymore.
This place sucks. The workers are slow and management doesn’t care. I had 2 Uber eats drivers cancel because they had to wait too damn long. It’s just tacos it doesn’t take over an hour to make fast food. Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous! 0 work ethic! Hire people that actually want to work and pay them a decent living wage to motivate them to actually want to work.
Update! Upon delivery we received the wrong order, not even close to what we ordered. Was this intentional or are the employee’s too incompetent to know the difference. I guess this is what happens when a company hires immigrants and or non English speaking people.
We ordered the meal for 2
2 crunch wrap supremes, 2 bean burritos, 2 soft shell tacos, 2 nachos and 2 cheese.
What we got below.
2 Chicken quesadillas I assume, 1 dorito taco and a potato cheese sour cream bowl 🙄
Would give zero stars if possible. How is this location still open? It needs to be shut down. Horrible service! Super slow and completely disgusting!! The lines were packed and food was coming out wrong for almost everyone. I received a bag of crushed chips not even big enough to dip in cheese as my nacho chip order, with a taco that didn’t even have half a shell!!! How do you eat something like that?! Better yet, how do you as an establishment serve someone that slop?! Absolutely no pride in the employees work. I should have went to Mighty Taco where I’ve never had anything like this happen. This was my redemption visit from my last horrible experience at this location and it just proves my point to never patronize this place again. Everyone in this dinning hall was complaining of the service and food quality. Waste of money!!! AVOID this trash as much as you can.
This has to be the most unprofessional, unorganized, ghetto operated location of them all!! Food menu items are always missing or out! Complete mismanaged, and being a former employee in the southern states, I have to say that I would run circles around the managers and district managers for this organization!! No accountability for the process and hospitality code!! Terrible customer service!! I will never patronize this location again!! Clean up your staff Pepsi!! All of my followers will be strongly encouraged to avoid this location as well! #Trash!!
Food is never accurate, the tables are always dirty, the floor is sticky and the workers in general are very rude. I ordered a specific drink and they didn’t have it in stock so I asked for a refund and they told me they don’t process refunds. I only went to taco bell to get the strawberry freeze and they were out and I was disappointed that I couldn’t get my drink or a refund. I do not recommend this particular location
