The staff is very professional. Food was good. Didn’t like the Mac and cheese wrap. No flavor
I went there after over a year.It only got worse. I ordered a two piece meal. The chicken wing was the size of my pinky. The chicken breast was dried out. The mashed potatoes was like soup. They use to include a cookie, no longer. I will never go there again.
When I ordered they only had extra crispy. They said 15 minutes wait time for original recipe. I Said I would wait the 15. I asked if it was ok to go to my car, they said yes it will be waiting for me when I come back. I came back b4 15 minutes and my food wasn’t ready. Then the man who came in after me was given his food. He also had waited for original recipe. But, he came in after me. The counteperson apologized to him and gave him an extra chicken thigh.
I then asked how he has his food b4 me because my order still had not prepared. They had no answer. I waited another 5 minutes. Now , I’m at 20 minutes. No apology, they said “oh, we gave u 2 biscuits sorry”. I ordered a family meal the guy b4 me got a 3pc meal. I told them to keep their biscuits. I’m not looking for free food but, this felt racial. The Caucasian person who had far less wait time got a substantial item to compensate him. Yet, the African American was given a biscuit. Sad!
I guess payong for 6 biscuits and being given 4 should be acceptable since morons in this place dont know how to count to 6
It’s alright, Popeyes is a little better than KFC
