    I went into the store to pick up my mobile order and the lady in the front counter was very rude, her name was Kaykay. First off when I told her I’m here for a mobile order she said “I don’t even know what order you’re talking about”. Then I asked for buttermilk ranch and she said with an attitude “we don’t have that”. Also when I requested a four piece with no wings she just looked at me and said no. And I ordered a strawberry cheesecake which is on the menu board and she said “we don’t even sell that here.” Which is quite frankly hard to believe considering it’s on the menu in the desserts section. Also they didn’t give me my small fries with my combo meal

    Service has been really good the past few months. Prior, I’d often get something missing or incorrect every time I went, but they’ve been great lately. Wait times have also been a lot better. Taste and quality meet expectations, not too high and not too low.

    “Diamond” at the front register immediately gave my wife and I a pretty nasty attitude before I even opened my mouth to order. She was very rude and nasty and constantly gave us dirty looks as we were waiting for our food making us feel unwelcome. This girl has some real attitude issues and does not belong in the customer service industry. Maybe work on your English a little bit so you can clearly communicate. An overall horrible experience and we WILL NOT be back or recommend anyone we know to visit that establishment.

    I went to the 351 southern blvd popeyes at 10:20 at night. I got to drive thru window they take my money as I am getting handed the recipt they tell me it’s gonna be a 6 minute wait and pull up next to the curb. I pull up next to the curb there is a employee on her phone sitting at one of the tables inside. I waited for 30 mins in my car before I went and knocked on the glass window to get her attention because the doors where locked she looks up an does the 1 minute gesture and goes back on her phone. She then proceeds to do something on her phone then looks up sees me standing at the side window still after 5 mins. She then yells something to the kitchen another 6-8 minutes pass then a guy comes out and brings me my food. I get home I was missing 3 out of the 8 pieces of my fried chicken, as well as my sandwhich being cold and very soggy the cheese was not melted. Also one of the breasts was not cooked all the way and was slightly pink in the center.

    The stars are for my overall experience with the woman at the drive-thru window. She was very nice and professional. She even patiently repeated the sides to me. The problem was the person that put my order together that didn’t give me what I paid for. I ordered half mild and half spicy tenders, but they’re all mild. I also ordered the spicy sauce, and didn’t get any sauce packets AT ALL. I believe the problem was the manger because he kept cutting in and talking over me and the woman taking my order causing confusion. Every one should get what they paid for.
