When I stopped here and saw Italian coffee, I was glad I’d have a good morning coffee. So, Italian here was just the name and not coffe!
My coffee was prepared with serious violations, he did not put fresh milk in the milk preparation cup, he took the cup out of the refrigerator that was with milk, it is not known how long time the milk was open in that cup. The boy does not know how to properly prepare the latte milk and the most important he does not know how to make espresso to finally receive a delicious latte!
I was disappointed with these errors and the lack of professionalism!
They need some real barista up in here. None of the employees know what they are doing. Watching how they pull an espresso shot in cringe worthy. Ice coffee taste like the same ground was used to brew multiple times, all bitter and no hint of any coffee flavor. Definitely avoid.
The staff is wonderful, I got the iced chai latte and it was delicious! There are not many options on the menu but if you ask the barista I’m sure they’ll stir something up for you! Cheers
Amazing service, great coffee. Wonderful ESPRESSO. Of specific mention is MITCHELL. Helpful, friendly, warm & welcoming. Great experience. To me MITCHELL made this difference. In a high traffic location to keep a smile & serve all customers well is a gift. Thank you.
Starbucks is more Italian than this rubbish.
The teens working here were too busy cursing about how much they hate their equipment to remember what size drink I ordered.
Something about this latte doesn’t taste right, which is a shame because I order Lavazza coffee to brew at home and it’s delicious even black.
If you want a latte, just get one from Maccies across the hall.
