Amazing food, true authentic greatness. The steak quesadilla is a staple, fried wings are perfectly crispy. House hot sauce will make you sweat and the cinnamon cheese cake thing was out of this world.
Been coming here for as long as they’ve been called Sabor (and before that when this was the first Mole Mole location). The food is always fantastic and the staff are great.
Small restaurant that is owner operated. Guacamole was fresh from the mixing bowl and the red salsa is spicy and packs flavor. I’d guess it’s too hot for most people.
My pastor tacos were solid (pineapple cooked with the pastor!). Chips were less salty than I like, but went well with the tacos and salsa.
The green salsa had low acidity and a little too much sweetness for my preference.
Sabor has fantastic Mexican food! I’m Californian in town for a visit and want to give huge appreciation for their food–excellent by all standards. The molé was primo!
Some of the best damn Mexican food I’ve ever had. You will never leave hungry and the prices are extremely reasonable. I’ve never been disappointed with the portions of protein and any dish that I’ve gotten. By far my favorite Mexican restaurant in Orange or Dutchess county.
Do not pass up on the thought of going here. You won’t be disappointed.
