DD NEEDS SELF SERVE COFFEE. I Usually prefer Not to go is because they do not know how to make a Regular coffee. Most, WAY TOO SWEET .
Though usually nice staff but they’re obviously NOT coffee drinkers.
Need more donut specials,, to much $ for a donut.
Entice one to get one !
I used to go to this Dunkin Donuts but unfortunately they have someone working there overnight I don’t know if he’s Chinese but I stopped going because he was very rude nasty to me I am trying to place an order and I told him what I wanted and then he had the nerves to tell me so why you didn’t ask for that before and I came out told him forget about my order and that I was going to report him this is not the first time I have complained to a gentleman that is always there I only go in there if that Muslim man is there he treats me very nice he gives me great customer service he’s an older gentleman and I make sure I tip them because he does take care of me but because of the other gentleman is working there I would never go back today at Dunkin Donuts
I had got the coffee with smoked vanilla flavoring and an order of hashbrowns and I got to say I could eat this and drink the coffee all day. The coffee is freshly poured and the hashbrowns are actually crispy with a hit of seasoning to make them phenomenal. I would highly recommend.
Do not stop here for coffee, I paid over 4 dollars for an Americano and i was in bit rush to get to the airport and when i finally got there i found my coffee taste like coffee pot rinse wash and nothing like coffee. Don’t take me wrong but time after time i sense people from India who own this franchises do not understand the value to quality ve value ratio of business and its importance.
The food quality has decreased severely. Staff never gets the drinks right. I was a regular, I had to stop coming here. The girl with glasses in the morning has messed up my coffee in At least 5-6 occasions. Needs retraining on the skill set for sure! Sadly won’t be coming back.
