I don’t know what is going on with this place but why did they give a half full container for wonton soup with just a stack of wonton skins?! The drunken chicken was also disappointing, it was like they dropped an entire container of salt or it’s brined. Called the store to tell about the chicken not being edible unless I was planning to die from a heart attack and they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. I’ve ordered this same dish from them about four times and it’s never tasted like that. When I asked for a refund on only the chicken they were initially trying to understand the problem unil the owner got on the phone with an attitude and said it’s Uber’s problem and hung up on me. Called Uber and they said they can’t refund because that’s how the restaurant prepared it. Will not order from them ever again. I had recommended this place to others before and now I’m embarrassed that I did if this is how their service is going to be going forward. Extremely disappointed.
Yeah I will never visit this restaurant again. They aren’t very cheap and I ordered two dishes. The first was fine but when I opened the second, I found a roach. When I called back, they wouldn’t refund the whole order over the phone. I had to go back and show them. Upon seeing the evidence, they STILL wouldn’t refund the whole order, only the contaminated dish. This is terrible customer service. They were not apologetic or anything. It felt like they didn’t even believe me. 0 stars
Came for a quick lunch in NYC, it was empty for a Monday at 11am! My favorite was the steamed dumplings, absolutely amazing! There’s lots of vegan options too!
Newly launched dish at the restaurant!!!! They are now serving pho. The noodles and meat were good. Definitely would go back when I’m craving for pho in the area.
Excellent food selection and service! We were just roaming around the neighborhood when my sister and I came across this hidden gem. We will definitely return to explore the rest of their menu…and delicious noddles! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick and tasty bite.
