Horrible service staff doesn’t speak English I had to get up and get things on my own, food was definitely not good. Water in the pasta, wilted salad appetizers took so long that they were not even room temp they were cold. Busboy took my plate while I was eating my pasta🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ the Soda from the gun tasted like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. So disappointed because it’s a beautiful place. We wanted to door dash food to our car because we couldn’t leave we were at an event there.
Bathrooms are dirty they smell like urin before even walking in and I was told a bus boy came out without washing hands🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Manager was on his phone and couldn’t be bothered. 🤷🏼♀️
omgggg where do i start off I arrived @ 8.30 pm for my birthday dinner it was an absolute disaster. The bathroom stunk horribly, there was thick mold/dust on the vents in the bathroom, my date and i was the last ones to enter the restaurant for the night plus it was really empty but my waiter seemed to not have any time for us but kept checking on every one else around us we were the only black patrons and i couldn’t help but think that race was a factor, my waiter stunk of cigarettes, my drink from the bar was horrible and bitter, food was mediocre, We got served food in a chipped plate i would NEVERRRRR return to this place my birthday dinner was ruined ESPECIALLY when my waiter ask for more tip but wasn’t present for service and really didn’t give his best ,DO NOT goooo their quality and service will be subpar especially if you’re black sad but true.
The place is beautiful with plenty of atmosphere. Wednesday nights they have great entertainment. Different act every Wednesday. They added new staff. The food is delicious and plentiful. Came out right away. Our waiter came by several times asking if we needed anything. Drinks were perfect. Total change from the past. We love this place. Will be here a lot on Wednesdays.
Went to have dinner with friends and dance to DJ Vinny Dice. He is the reason I picked to go there. Ordered 2 pomegranate martini’s and they were terrible. Told waiter and he argueu the fact that they were fine. Ordered Malibu bay breeze. And that came out terrible. The juice was sour. Returned it. Ordered a beer. Then apps came and after waiter said they can chop bake clams and they came out whole. I was pretty much done. Food was not good. Waiter was rude. I will say when owner came to the table and I explained the entire evening of disappointment he did pick up the tab. I offered to pay for apps and my beer but he insisted to cover everything. He was very nice and mad good for the waiter and all the mistakes. I have gone to the ILVizio on Broadway in Massapequa and it is always excellent. Service is amazing. Thought this experience would be the same and I was very disappointed. The owner did the right thing.
This location was shut down due to a roast infestation and illegal propane usage right before a party we had booked for 80+ people. Not only did no one contact us and let us know, they also did not respond to any of our efforts to reach them. They still have our deposit and have not refunded or contacted us!
