Funny story… manager came towards front counter to tell employee about a 2 donut walk-in order that was placed… it was mine, and I was standing right there!

This dunkin sucks. Every time I stop in I don’t get what I ordered. What happen to good work ethic. When I bring it to their attention they give me attitude. Its sad when I order the same thing every time I go there. Might as well safe my money and make my own coffee at home. It least I know it will be mad right.
Went to grab a simple order and the lady in the window is the absolute worst. They really know how to ruin your morning. I most definitely will not be going back to this location unless certain people don’t work there. It is a very unwelcoming place and there are two employees with the worst attitude. All I want is Coffee but at this point I’d rather make it at home.
Definitely would not recommend coming here on a Sunday…. I literally waited almost 15 minutes for a wake up wrap, and I wanted the bacon crispy. I even told them at the front to make sure that they tell them to make it crispy so I got the wrap and yeah, it wasn’t crispy. It was well undercooked and still waited 15 minutes for it just a bunch of teenage girls have no idea what they’re doing.
It’s a DD inside a fuel ⛽ station… service was acceptable and I got what I paid for.
