Treated my granddaughter to breakfast and ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel for me and when I got home too eat it is was a stale bagel. Could not even bite into it. The steak looked like it was quarter pounder meat. One onion on it. Thank goodness my granddaughters food was okay gor her. Definitely will not be eating breakfast there again.
The chick behind the counter that licked her fingers while handing me my coffee did it for me. You can obviously tell something is going on in that place lol. My food sucked and I’m just kind of grossed out about McDonald’s now .
Also the food is sitting around for a long time and they pre prep a lot of stuff- no fresh out of the fryer here-
Customer service is horrific. Rude, snotty and literally shoves the bag of food in your face. There is one young girl in particular who I continually come across that needs an attitude adjustment – if you don’t like customer service then find another space to be miserable. There are a handful of wonderful employees who always greet you with a smile – it only takes ONE to ruin the experience.
This is ny far the best McDonald’s i visit any where in my neighborhood. It should be the corporate training store, that’s how good they are. Friendly, clean and the foods always FRESH! Keep it up
I use worksheet ibdidntnmind the ppl here but since then every single time I come here my sprite is usually nasty like selzer water just gross the very last of it every time I always order large and 9 out 10 I get medium fries cold never taste like ther salt on them and I never get my McCracken right I always order McCracken just cheese and they always seem to jus give me dry plain mc chicken so ya and it’s not like this is once in blue it’s literally every time how is that possible!!!!
