No stars. Probably the worst Dunkin I have been to. Service incredibly slow, the cashier is very unprofessional. After waiting for several minutes we were told they were out of the everything bagel so we had to change our order. After finally receiving our order, there was a cheese wrapper in the sandwich and my sausage egg and cheese sandwich didn’t have cheese! The bagel bites were cold. The worst experience.
They give you FROZEN food to eat, how hard is it to microwave/heat up something?They can’t even make a frozen caramel coffee. There is no reason My family should have to go back inside 3 times after we order to fix things, just to drive away and more things be wrong. Get better workers, i will not be returning. PAYING costumers deserve better than that.
This is a Dunkin located in a gas station. It’s very busy. The staff does the best they can to make things work. The coffee is great. Much better donuts 3 miles east of 7 in Unadilla.
This might be the most disgusting bathroom situation our family has ever experienced. Totally unsanitary. Have you never cleaned this bathroom? How can it possibly smell like urine this much!
No parking.walked a good way to use bathroom and order. The people working were polite but slow moving backed up cars in drive through. Overall, needs a better design for parking and workers need a fire lit under their butt’s.
