Had such a great lunch here. We needed to be in and out in 45 minutes and the staff was so kind and accommodating. We ordered the short rib pie, chicken pie, and the onion and potato crusted flounder. The flounder was some of the best I’ve ever had!
THE PIES WERE SAVORY TO MAX AND FILLED TO THE TOP. DEF RECOMMEND FOR DINNER IF SERVED YOU COOK SOME SIDE DISHES THAT ARE LIGHTLY SALTED TO GO WITH THESE PIES. The pies have enough salt content for an entire dinner and are the star of the show. Small pies feed MORE THAN 1-2 people. I would say 3-4 perfectly even tho they look tiny in that box.
375 degrees FOR ONE HOUR WAS PERFECT TIME AS INSTRUCTED. I let mine thaw for about 2 hours. THE FILLING WAS PIPING HOT AFTER THE HOUR AND HONESTLY DIDN’T ACTUALLY NEED ANOTHER SAVORY DISH TO COMPLIMENT. Maybe a basic tossed salad or roasted veggies, etc. I’m talking so far about the small pies only.

Much and almost everyone wanted or craved something on the side. Like green veg, candied yams, salad, etc as mentioned before.
Otherwise the restaurant is super cute but didn’t dine in. They have about 5 or more pages of menus and specials. Looks cute and you can feel the “cottage” vibe in the decor.
Dining out with severe food allergies can be challenging. Calling ahead makes it a wonderful experience. Be completely forthcoming with your server. We had Julie and she is top-notch!

OMG!!! This place offers an amazing dining experience. My husband and I visited Long Island last year and we came here to eat with my mother-in-law. I have fell in love with this place. The food is so fresh and very well seasoned and prepared to perfection. The staff were so attentive and very helpful with providing us with selections. The portions are very pleasing and you have enough for leftovers. I can’t wait to eat here again on our next visit.
The food was excellent and the portions were enormous. We’ve paid more for portions that were half the size. The menu is very varied, with something for every diet and taste. (And a larger dessert menu than most comparable restaurants.) The server, Alison, was delightful—friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was my husband’s and my first time here, but it surely won’t be our last! Can’t wait to come back with friends and family.
