    Said good Morning to the cashier twice refused to respond. Was in the drive thru- ordered a medium latte – cup 1/2 filled asked for a new cup, was given attitude. Then I was given a new cup of cold latte. Spent more tan $ 6 for this horrible service!

    This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. They almost always make everything correctly and timely and even if they don’t it’s always a very easy fix.

    They are friendly and they are helpful. I just had an experience where after I had a very distracting crazy hectic morning I thought I ordered to this location and I was waiting and waiting. They saw me waiting and asked me about my order. When I showed them my receipt they were befuddled because they couldn’t find it in their mobile order system and then of course we realized I ordered it to a different location on the same street but they graciously went ahead and made everything anyway, not many places would do that.

    I really appreciate them.

    I ordered light ice and they still gave me so much ice. I don’t want light ice just to have more of the drink; I want it because I want less ice to melt into my drink. I know this isn’t just a me problem because during my pretty long wait, I noticed that people with no ice customizations had like their entire drinks be ice. One barista was specifically giving out SO much ice, and I’m not trying to single them out or anything, but there shouldn’t be this much variation. Light ice is light ice, and normal ice should not be 3/4 of the drink

    I was in the store this morning 4/4/2024 at 8:22 am, I got out of there at 8:29am, the girl that was working the oven is the worst. This is not first time I have been annoyed with her but this morning I had to say something… I was in there for oatmeal yes oatmeal the store was not busy because everyone was either restocking or making one or two drinks… This girl took 5 mins to make my oatmeal, this was a mobile order I ordered it while I was in Rockville Centre and when I got to Baldwin no order. I stood there waiting this girl picked up the cup then stop and talk to a guy that was doing absolutely nothing she open the packet pour in the cup stop and chat some more before putting the hot water in the cup, then she left my oatmeal on the counter and had a full conversation with another guy and then back to the first guy before she continued with my oatmeal all while I am still standing there waiting on my oatmeal she work extremely slow adjusting her hair not washing her hands and getting back to my oatmeal and I just had it with her this morning. I told her she need to limit her chatting when preparing food and if she can’t talk and work, she should not do it, she need to be more professional and take more pride in her work. I never had an issue with any other worker, and I have been going to this location since they open but every time I go in the store and this one particular girl is working the oven, you know it will be a 10 min wait. Very very upset right now.

    I went in this morning to have a cup of coffee and to my amazement, there was no coffee machine.
    I decided to get a cold coffee instead.
    It’s such a disappointment.
    The cup was so full of ice and only got two to three sips from the cup.
    I then confronted the woman behind the counter, responded coldly well I have to full this cup with ice.
    I never had such a bad experience with Starbucks.
    Paid 5 bucks for a blonde cold coffee for Two to three sips.Starbucks is ripping people off..
