Was only in town for 1 night for a concert. We wanted a great pizza before the show and found this gem online. After reading the reviews, there was no reason to look any further. Stopped in to pick up our pie and met the owner. Super nice, cares about quality, service and satisfaction. What more could you ask for?!? The pizza was phenomenal and exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you for a stellar pie. Highly recommended!!!
Usually love this place. Haven’t ordered much since we moved across town. As a last meal before leaving the country, we thought pizza would be great.
Was super surprised when the pizza arrived a good 30-40 minutes earlier than promised. But the pizza was not cooked through, dough was underdone and gummy and there very little cheese. (We don’t usually order extra cheese as pizza is usually cheesy enough)
Very disappointed.
Was in the area & my son wanted some pizza . First time , soon as we walked in the door we were acknowledged by the owner , he reviewed the menu you with us. We ended up getting large pizza 2-toppings. It didn’t take long , price was great and so was the pizza . We for sure will be back ! Highly recommend
We’ve been coming up here the last three summers and are always trying new pizza places to see if we can find a favorite. We found a couple that are pretty good, but nothing that we can say is excellent
Just try doughboys for the first time and it definitely made our ‘excellent’ list. Crispy crust the way we liked it… and the way we ordered it. Sauce and cheese were awesome! Very tasty and my husband and I were both super pleased! Can’t wait to try other items on the menu!
Oh, and the owner, Joe is such a nice guy! You can tell he is so proud of his place and the product he turns out… As he should be !
Is there any pizza place in Syracuse better than this? There may be a few places that come close, but add in the A+ health ratings and there really isn’t any other place you should be buying your pizza. Owner is always there making pizzas himself!
