This is now my new favorite local pizza joint. The Mega Fries were delicious. The Calzone was fully cooked yet still soft. The kids chicken fingers were fried perfectly and fries were still soft yet fully cooked. The delivery driver was punctual and unlike most places he didn’t seem annoyed or inconvenienced. Thank you for the delicious food!
Our hostess Jeff was extremely kind, stayed up on our order, we basically didn’t even have to ask and he already had it set. Placed our order, the food was fresh, wasn’t a lot of people there and this is the first time I tried this restaurant out but they are top notch. There was no pressure no anything and the place is extremely clean, when I went to use the bathroom that’s the one thing I noticed. It was extremely clean. All the way down to the end the dinner was great. And just the kindness when we were leaving. It may be new to this town this restaurant is definitely a place to check out. We had to tortellini and it was fresh. Salads were good. In my meal was cooked to perfection. It’s not very often you find a place like this. But I would definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere was great.
This place is terrible. I ordered a bunch of food half the order is wrong. I ordered it through slice app and speak to them. They take 40 minutes to get a hold of this place and they have me send photos of the food that’s wrong and then tell me they won’t refund my money for it. I ordered a supreme Stromboli and it had only cheese, chicken nacho supreme and got a quesadilla and a baked Italian sub that was never baked. What a terrible place. Avoid here at all cost. The food that we did have was terrible. Pizza had no flavor, bread sticks dry and burned. Don’t eat here.
Ordered pizza and 20 wings. Wings were not cooked all the way. Called to complain and asked for a a refund for just the wings. Male employee from the store called me back telling me the wings are suppose to be pink and they were cooked. He also wanted to drive to west chazy to pick up the
Uncooked wings but then hung up on me. He was rude and I would never eat here again. I’m pretty sure I know what raw chicken looks like. If I could give mo stars I would.
In a busy post-eclipse Plattsburgh, I would have settled for anything and been glad to have it. We saw “Italian” and some empty parking spaces and the decision was made. What we got was friendly attentive service, absolutely terrific food freshly made to order, and very attractive prices. If you are looking for casual dining and wonderful food, you cannot do better. Our meal and our time there was great. Thank you!
