Everything was delicious! I especially loved their chocolate milkshake. It was the perfect consistency. Not too thick that couldn’t be sucked through the straw but not too liquid-y either. It was our first time at this location. Half of our party went to find a table and the rest of us stood there waiting for our food. We didn’t realize they actually take it to your table. The server walked right by us. My only feedback would be to let people know if you see them just standing there. Other than that though great experience. Clean location, including the bathrooms.
New shake shack with very nice staff. Came on a Wednesday afternoon and staff brought the trays to the table. Fries were good and was excited to have the vegan chocolate shake made with NotMilk.. It was super good! Everything was clean, including the gendered bathrooms. ADA accessible ramp to enter and one large ADA restroom with grab bars.
My family and I always have the best experience here. The customer service is wonderful. The runner on Friday nights is always so polite and smiley! He is SO HELPFUL and cares about his customers. The staff behind the registers are so patient while we order and are not distracted by other customers or screaming kids 😅. Definitely recommend! The space is clean. The bathrooms or decent.
*The drinking water lever just needs to be adjusted and tightened! 🙃
The manager Brandi was very helpful! She assisted my family & I with suggestions of burgers we would enjoy as first time customers of shake shack. She was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Not only was the food perfect, but the customer service was also superb! We will definitely be back.
The manager Brandy was very nice and checked on me to make sure everything was alright with my food. She assured me that if I needed anything else to just let her know and she would help me.
The food was excellent as usual. My first time ordering at this location. The store was extremely clean and well maintained.
I will be back here again.
