This restaurant has consistently had the best food I’ve ever had every time I’ve been there. We are having them cater our wedding and have brought our family multiple times with nothing but amazing experiences. The two top items I would say is there pork chop and they’re greens are the best out of all central New York locations. (I’ve lived in Central New York most of my life) You cannot get a better meal for the price than at Delta Lake Inn.
Brunch Buffet was great! Great number of selections and all the food tasted amazing! My husband got an alcohol free bloody mary, and because there was no alcohol in it, the cost was included. The taste of that was great too! It was a little expensive and not something I would do regularly, but definitely will return for a special outing! The staff was very friendly and attentive as well.
We had an engagement party here for our daughter and future son in law. Absolutely wonderful! The food was amazing and the service was top notch.
Most important the planning was so smooth and easy. A huge thank you to Sarah! From start to finish, she made it a wonderful experience! 100% would recommend this venue for a party! Also highly recommend the restaurant for dinner…Delicious food and friendly staff!
Over a week ahead of time, my husband made a reservation for our family for Mother’s Day brunch. Someone from Delta Lake Inn then called him on Wednesday before the Sunday holiday to confirm the reservation. But when we arrived on Mothers Day, after more than a half hour drive to get there, they said they had no reservation for us. We understand mix-ups can occur. But it matters how it’s handled when mix-ups occur. The two hostesses barely said anything to us. They made no effort to shuffle things and fit us in. I followed up later that day with a very polite email letting Delta Lake Inn know what had happened, yet here we are several days later and they have not bothered to even respond at all. Things happen. But you do need to try and fix it somehow or at least offer a sincere apology. We had eaten there several times previously and enjoyed it. But this incident – and mostly the lack of caring after the fact – turned us off.
Beautiful place to enjoy dinner with very good food at an affordable price. Def recommend if you are looking for somewhere that actually has good food in Rome!
