So miss “S” told me I had to wait because they were closing in 5 minutes and they had mobile orders. Bad start.
Then she tried to sell me 2 wings and a leg as a 3 piece for full price because they were closing in 5 minutes. Not good either.
Then had the nerve to say I shouldn’t be acting up for $23 – the apparent cost of 2 3pc orders with no drinks. “The price went up” was the response.
Basic customer service training is needed here. I should have gone to the Jerome Ave store. Or any Kennedy.
Suggested after helping my friend at a Laundromat that I would treat whatever she wanted to eat; she says Popeyes. We drove, entered building, ordered food and dined inside. Was a pleasant & satisfying experience and we both enjoyed our meals. I had popcorn shrimp, she had spicy wings.
Great service, Fried good food, and an atmosphere that’s calm And Collected that let’s you Peacefully Eat. you’re greeted with a Short Collected line where you wait to order Card or Cash. The food? It’s Really Tasty , haven’t encountered problems, no-fuss, just good old-fashioned Food. I love The Shrimp Tackle Box As Its Simple with Fries Chicken and Biscuit , the Lemonade just Feels different in a good way I don’t know what they do to make it taste like that , If you’re looking for a true taste of Fried Chicken without any Problems, Popeyes is the spot.
It’s a very welcoming spot. One of the workers is so kind and nice, even giving words of encouragement with a smile. I don’t know her name but she truly made my day and will absolutely be back again since the staff are friendly and the food is great!
Great location before 8pm you’ll have to pull to the side and wait 5 to 10 minutes to receive your food regardless if you put in a mobile order or order at the window. Was supposed to bring my food to me ended up having to get out and my food was just sitting on the side
