I visited at night (around 11 PM), and the drive thru was moving unbelievably slow. No apologies or acknowledgement from staff. Not sure what was going on, but I’d avoid this place for a late night option. Otherwise, pretty decent during other times.
Went here tonight. Drive-thru was packed, so we decided to go inside the restraunt. Our order was: 1 big mac, 20 peice nuggets, and 2 medium fries. No one was working the orders, so we had to order on the kiosks. There was a TV on the ceiling, which shows in-peogrres orders as well as prepared orders. After 20 minutes of our order being in the preparation section, our number moves to the ready section. After another 5 minutes, we asked about our order, which only then was packaged. We were at this place for 30 minutes to just get a small order. All the employees were working at snails pace as there are 15 people waiting for their orders, as well as the drive-thru, which was wrapped around the whole building. So much for “fast food”!
Terrible service, drive thru employee was absolutely clueless, screwed up my order and argued with me after she forgot my soda. Fries were cold and mushy. Do yourself a favor and take the drive to another McDonalds or other fast food restaurant. It’ll be worth the drive, trust me.
We ordered 2 sundaes, one caramel and one hot fudge…We got a cup with vanilla ice cream and the caramel/hot fudge on it… No whip cream, no cherries, no nuts…That’s not a sundae!!! 😠Then we ordered 4 pies to go. No more pies… This was all at about 7pm…It was disappointing 😕
Came here late night ordered a Slushy and fries. This was the slowest drive thru. My fries were cold. I asked for new fries. The dark skin young man takes the fries and dumps them back in the grease then proceeds to give them back. Fries were worse than before. IKYFL if this is customer service. The other employee was playing on her phone and in her purse. Where do we do that at.
