1st of all … the girl that shoulda been taking orders was in front of the counter holding a baby and just talking away to who ever she was talking to while people lined up to order for about 5 minutes and then she proceeded to walk into the back and do whatever as the other 6 7 workers just kept working while nobody was taking orders, we stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone even took our order and by then they were so backed up it took about 20 minutes for our food… that was cold !!! Absolutely the worst experience ever !!! 👎 👎

Food was delicious and fresh! Liliana was killing it. She was running the register and making an orders. She was running circles around those boys, lol that girl needs a raise. She brewed us fresh iced tea and went above and beyond.
My order was messed up. They gave me an entirely different menu item. I had to throw out the coffee too. It doesn’t feel like anybody is in control at that store. Just everybody doing their own things. I didn’t even bother to complaint at the desk. Gave me a feeling they really don’t care about anything over there.
Great employees. While waiting for my food, eyewitness the employees great customer service and patients. Especially the manager working in the guy at the cash register. Mind stopping back here.
Worst customer service i ever had,it was a first day was thinking to try wendy’s but this store WORST
