The Baristas are rude. Not typical Starbucks friendly. The drinks are disgusting. Like why does my Carmel Macchiato taste like flat expresso no sweetness or caramel? Ugh throw the whole location away.
If you cannot handle the timeline or stress of mobile order then please turn off the function at times of high volume. I have waited 30+ minutes for my drink on multiple occasions since this Starbucks opened and you can tell that everyone else waiting is equally annoyed. I genuinely feel bad for the employees because they are so understaffed and newer so clearly struggling to keep up with the demand.
I learned of this Starbucks opening from a sign in the North Babylon Deer Park Ave Starbucks about a month ago… leads me to believe that the owners are the same. If this is the case you should think about transferring some of the staff from the N Babylon location over to the BayShore one. I have been going to the N Babylon one for years and they are always timely, organized and quick. Just a suggestion because the difference between the two in terms of service is dramatic and I feel bad for those working in Bay Shore….
ATTN PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE LOVERS: It is March 2024, and the drink is still available at this store. Even the Pumpkin Spice Flavored Sauce is for sale in a half a gallon container.
Service was quick, and staff were friendly.
Love it! I come here after my workout at LA Fitness sometimes. Such a convenience, I can walk over. Service and drinks are astounding! I recently tried the spicy dragonfruit, did not disappoint! (Coming from a korean) became one of my usuals
Only one other car in the drive through and it took over 20 minutes to get my drink.
