This place has a lot of hype surrounding it and it definitely does not disappoint, nor does it seemed to have monopolised much on the sudden rush of popularity coming from tiktok- sticking to its family owned restaurant roots. The wait here is definitely a lot longer than most would like, ranging from half an hour to around an hour so I would recommend pre-ordering a while before you want to eat so you don’t suffer from hunger. The quality of the food and the portion size really makes up for the wait time, I got the chicken, broccoli and the mac & cheese which ended up defeating my poor British stomach but I am not complaining. The best part was obviously the green sauce, I would sell my soul to have it again and one pot was the perfect size for the whole meal but having two is better if you want to absolutely drown your food (which is completely understandable). I can’t wait to eat here again and try the ribs instead; you 1000% have to try the food here if you’re ever in New York.
Chicken Lovers is one of my FAVORITE places to eat in Bayside. It’s known for its healthy cuisine, and their food is so good that I can go there everyday if I want to. I’ve had their grilled chicken, ribs, mac n cheese, and corn, and they’re so delicious. I love how they grill their meats because grilled is 100% better than fried food. Even my mom loves their green sauce and cucumber salad. Fun Fact: I started eating food from Chicken Lovers at 8 or 9 years old. Thank you Chicken Lovers for your amazing service and food!! I’ll always go there for their grilled chicken or ribs with my usual sides.
Great, tasty & well marinated chicken and ribs, generous portions on sides, even for lunch specials, with unbeatable prices. Call ahead to order & allow 30 minutes for takeout to be ready for pickup & go. They are good 👍
If I could come here everyday for lunch/dinner I would. Portion size are huge and generous. They offer lunch specials that come with a free beverage. Chicken and ribs are always juicy and fresh. Side dishes range from rice, broccoli, Mac and cheese, potatoes, corn, cucumber salad. It also comes with their famous green sauce. Sadly sometimes the green sauce isn’t enough with the meal.
The real 5 stars is for the taste. The chicken or ribs are amazing. Even the side orders are good. Service is assembly line type but the taste makes up for it. Atmosphere is fast food like. But the ….. taste. Enjoy. 50 to 60 bucks feeds a family of 4 for 2 dinners
