I had lunch with a couple of cousins the other day around 2:00. We were greeted and waited on by a welcoming individual named Addy or Addie. There were a couple of other patrons present when we arrived. I liked the atmosphere, music, and the service all around. Pasta is made fresh daily, and it was noticeable in our dishes. We would love to try dinner here someday as there are more food options. Overall, we had a great time.
I really wanted to like this place. It seems like a real european restaurant. Cozy and authentic decor. I hate when restaurants looks like they just bought generic decorations and seating and this restaurant definitely did not. However, I did not really like the food. I got an ox tail dish (which is not on the menu now) and it just seemed to be so little food for the price point. And there were 3 or 4 very small pieces of ox tail, it was mostly pasta. The flavor was good but I left hungry. My friends also did not love it. The waitress was also cold, she seemed european so I know that may be more normal for her but it’s weird to have a server here like that. Overall not a great experience.
Hard to possibly fathom recommending a place more than Edoardos. From ambiance and service to quality, freshness and presentation. Every part of our first meal here was delicious and memorable.
Edoardo greeted us upon entry and sat us at our table and served us our food. Everything we had was top tier.

Bread Basket – Stellar. The homemade sour dough and “adult sun chips” were fantastic
Sweet Potato Salad – Refreshing and delicious
Baked Eggplant – light, simple, and balanced
Main Course
Tortelacci – Unique, elegant, salty, savory and delightful.
Short Rib Gnocchi – Seriously unreal. On another level. Not only some of the best short ribs I’ve ever had, but definitely the best Gnocchi I ever had. Incredible.

Dessert
I am an admitted Sfogitelle snob and this is literally the best Sfogitelle I ever had in my life. The lightness and crunch was immaculate.
Pistachio Cheese Cake was as close to Perfection as I can imagine.
Torta Bella Nonna was Lemony and Tart and decadent at the same time.
This is one of the best meals I can remember having in a while. Eduardo and his team are setting the bar.
Would give it a 6/5 if I could.
Hidden gem in Huntington!! we had mussel for appetizer, gnocchi and squid ink pasta for the main- all very delicious. Especially gnocchi👍👍👍 would love to go back when I crave Italian food.
Rustic Italian bistro style restaurant that’s a hidden gem in Huntington. Pasta dishes are all amazing with high end presentation, making you feel like you’re dining in NYC. We’ve been here several times without disappointment.
Only minor criticism is that some of the desserts can be too cold/frozen and need to thaw a bit before eating.
