This is one of the worst McDonald’s… pulled through drive thru, ordered, was asked at the window what I ordered.. as they had the wrong bag. Then a manager extremely rude screams what did you order. I said, and was told pretty aggressively to move to the next window, said thank you and received an annoyed uh huh. Didn’t receive the drink I paid for in the order along with other items. Which is stealing.
This location has gotten so bad it really should be replaced. Management is rude and I hear never answers complaints seriously. Notorious for not having complete orders and all around unfriendly team. Last time I stop here. It’s piss poor
Took the kid for a McFlurry. Got myself and the fiancée a McCafé. One McCafé was full to the brim, no problem. The other was filled below the lid, and the whipped cream looked like it was old. The kids McFlurry was Oreos on top, ice cream on the bottom. They didn’t even attempt to mix it.
4pm, the supervisor on duty was one of the rudest employees I’ve dealt with in Rome. She had an attitude because I ordered at the counter and gave one word responses to questions. She did not want to take the order if you don’t use the drive thru they will make you wait over 5 minutes b4 helping you.

Pretty much your typical McDonald’s. Sometimes the service is quick and other times not so much. Be prepared to wait a little longer if you go at a busy time (usually between noon and 1pm)
Twice we ordered take out and received no fries. Don’t know if it’s the door dashers fault or McDonalds. Our most recent order the quarter pounder tasted terrible- like how dog food smells. Not anything we ordered or anything that should come at the cost your are charging. Fix your operation. Horrible.
