This was such a great find after a hike at Elizabeth Morton Preserve and a walk around town – great vibe, clean crisp styling of tables and banquets, and a nice tight bistro menu of classics + 15 wines from wine regions of France. Great onion soup perfectly browned and gooey and a lovely Pumpkin Creme Brûlée with an expert crack sugar top.
I FOUND MY SPOT!!!!!!! This will be my spot for the summer. The white Sancerre was great. Valentino was so knowledgeable, he was explaining about the different types of tequila and Ophelia was telling us about the wines. Michel? If you need to be entertained, just talk to him. Highly recommend this place.
Overall, it felt like a tourist trap. We decided to try this restaurant because is located on the Main Street of the town. I ordered the Mussels ($39) and they had no flavor at all, the worse I had ever tried. My son ordered the striped sea bass and it was good ($42) no sides. We also ordered a side of ratatouille that arrived very late after we advising the server about it. We also ordered the chicken dish ($34) very average 1/4 peace . I also ordered a Gyn Cocktail that was kind of weak. I would not go back. The service was very average.
Valentin, the bartender, was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made excellent drink recommendations throughout the evening. Michel, the manager, was fantastic! Attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly. Huge thanks to Ophelie, the sommelier, for her impressive wine knowledge. She helped me choose the perfect bottle to pair with my meal. Overall, outstanding service from the entire team I will definitely be back!
We had a nice experience here. Oddly the french fries on my husband’s plate were different (looked and tasted frozen) compared to a side a order for the table and with our friend’s burger; both of these were handout fries with skin. Yah we noticed lol.
