I recently dined at Cho Cho San Sushi and Hibachi in Nanuet, NY, and it was an absolute culinary delight. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. The service was impeccable; the staff were attentive and friendly.
Now, let’s talk about the food. I sampled the Chicken Tempura, Lobster Tempura, Volcano Roll, and Chicken Teriyaki, and every dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was artful. The Chicken Tempura was crispy and tender, the Lobster Tempura was divine, and the Volcano Roll was a burst of deliciousness. The Chicken Teriyaki was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
Cho Cho San Sushi and Hibachi is a hidden gem, offering outstanding food and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable meal. It deserves a solid 5-star rating!
The food is wonderful and the staff are knowledgeable about gluten free choices.
The restaurant is small and doesn’t have a lot of ambience but that doesn’t matter – all the dishes we tried were amazing!
It was a full house with a waiting line out the door Saturday night for the Lunar New Year but we fortunately got a table. The staff was incredibly busy but were very attentive and provided excellent service to both the tables and the take out orders.

This place was amazingly fun. The only negative was the wait. We had 6pm Reservations, but did not get seated till an hour later. Due to prior guest arriving late. They made up for it with two rounds of free drinks, and a few free apps. Once we got seated, the chefs were super fun and the food was good. Will definitely be back.

Wow! Creative Menu with plenty of great Options for Sushi, Sashimi, Combos, interesting Rolls and much more!
Had miso Soup and Two Rolls (Lobster Roll and Love Toll) and it was as delicious as it gets.
The rolls are not overpowered with Mayo or Sauces, great amount of Fish and good flavors.
Would absolutely recommend to eat Sushi here!
