    I liketo visit this place is closed to my doctor offices .
    Is very nice relax place but in the day of coffe free ,was a lady who may my day irriteded i show my app and she said is not a app ,i pay for my latte and she tols me latte not free.i tell her i pay for that. Other person explain and i tell her no body givime free coffe a i already pay for me coffe….thanks for may my day !

    TERRIBLE service. The WORST dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The 2 cashiers would not stop chatting and just ignored all the customers. BAD attitude and the coffee was lukewarm. Enter at your own risk. Would never go again.

    Hands down the worst Dunkin Donut in NYC. Horrible service and worse attitude from the employees. They need better training.

    The service is good and everything is fresh there .Donuts and bagels and an iced latte are all good.Definitely recommend it for you.

    I placed a mobile order for a kids event of 100 munchkins. I went to pick them up and was told they didn’t have any munchkins left but could give me 2 dozen donuts since the price comes out to about the same. I was going to an event with over 50 children- 2 dz donuts wasn’t going to cut it. I requested a refund. They refused and told me I need to call the app. I contact the app and was told that this particular store is independently owned and that the store itself had to give the refund to me. I went back to the store and they told me the manager is the only one authorized to give me a refund. I came back today, a few days later, and went to request my refund. The cashier told me that the manager wasn’t here and that the app is in charge of refunds not the store. I explained what the app had told me. They offered to give me the 100 munchkins today. I told them my event was 3 days ago and didn’t need 100 munchkins today. If the store doesn’t have what you need they shouldn’t let you place the order. (Just the way Starbucks works) Anyways, they insisted that the manager had to authorize the refund. I told them to call the manager and have her authorize it over the phone. After going back and forth I finally got my refund. So disheartening. I live just a few blocks away and I will NOT be visiting this store again.
