I was excited to hear there was a taco spot local to me. Tried this place out during the first week they opened and I was disappointed. Ordered the queso dip to start off but it was full with oil and flavorless. The employee did request to remake the dish.
Next up were the birria tacos, these were pretty good however the consume was a bit too thick.
The duck tacos were meh. The meat was a bit sloppy presentation wise.
Tried a mojito and it was not worth the money. Tasted more like club soda and rum instead of a passionfruit mojito. Overall you are better off going to a place like Hudson Taco.
We left here so happy! And ready to come back again. The food was delicious with clearly fresh ingredients and unique combinations (like an arepa with chorizo, shrimp and tomato in a cream sauce).
The vibe is modern but comfortable- lots of great design touches. Spacious for a small space overall. The owner took time to tell us about the dishes and how they chose what went on the menu. I’d highly recommend the arepa, taquitos and shrimp tacos. Even the chips are clearly homemade in house and lightly seasoned with spices. Such a good touch.
Can’t wait to come back to try the drinks! Come for a date night or drinks / dinner with friends.
Had dinner there last night for the first time. The food was really good! Best guacamole I’ve ever had. The seasoned chips so good. The street corn salad was so amazing I almost ordered an extra for late night snacking! Birria and chicken tacos so flavorful. The margaritas made me happy. Margaritas always make me happy but these especially so. We will return!
Delicious new taco place. Tender, perfectly cooked chicken tacos. Vibrant drinks. Delicious apps and sides (a few we really liked – Crunchwraps, empanadas). Friendly service and a stylish, modern setting. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend checking it out!
Came for happy hour and didn’t know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! Best mojito I have had in a long time and we all LOVED our food, tuna poke tacos were great and the crunchwrap was amazing, the sauce on the side was a great compliment. Service was great and everything was very fresh. This will definitely be a regular spot for us from now on!
