Breading doesn’t stick like it was years ago. Some pieces are really small, like legs and wings. Sides of mashed potatoes, gravy, Cole slaw have gotten really small. On line deals aren’t bad, we occasionally get the 8 piece bucket for $10 originally $22, but must buy it online with a card

Friendly staff and good service. Very pleased with the quality of the chicken, the cook did a great job! Nice dining room that is kept clean.
Ordered off the app which was a big mistake because they list saucy nuggets like the gold and the sticky and this particular KFC did not have it. So, I ended up having to get a hold of customer service to try and get my money back. This was Saturday, May 25th. Anyway, when we got our food, the chicken tenders were well done and the biscuts were under cooked. So under cooked that as soon as we bit into it, we had to spit it out. The only things that were edible were the fries, mac and cheese, and the gravy and potatoes. The chicken on the bowl was well over cooked and just made the bowl have a over done taste. Obviously I am not returning to this particular KFC. I hope to see my refund soon!
Sad simply sad. My chicken looked like someone else had already started to eat it. My biscuit was all smashed under my chicken soaked with the grease like it had been in the box together for a while. The snob who claimed to be the manager, would you have served this to your supervisor? I’m thinking, no. 😔 sad.
This is the best KFC. Food is always fresh. Never had any issues. The people are very nice. Highly recommend it. Will come back! I ordered the 12 piece bucket.
