Passing through and stopped in for a burger. The three people working were clearly overwhelmed with the number of customers they had, but their customer service and food quality was exceptional. I was in the store, and they constantly acknowledged me and apologized for the wait. When I saw my food being prepared, it wasn’t rushed. I was very impressed. Thank you!
This is a good Wendys. Fast, accurate and good food. Wendys baconator is a treat for me every once in awhile, especially if the pretzel bun is available. Great staff at this location
Every time I go there, I go to the drive thru. The minimum time I have waited from placing my order to receiving it has been 12 minutes. (And yes, I timed it)
Once, I actually waited 10 minutes for someone to just take my order. Employees have the attitude that customers are annoying to them, and it shows. I know understaffing is a prominent cause of the attitude. Perhaps they could hire at least one more responsible, unentitled person per shift. I’d bet you’d see ratings jump significantly within a month. Also, maybe have some serious training regarding the expectations of quality of service, how to work on people skills, and the repercussions of failure to comply.
The food is usually tasty but hastily put together and is generally messy.
I’m not taking this survey just to complain. I’m hoping these comments and suggestions could prove helpful to improve the quality of this restaurant and build a better reputation.
I missed breakfast by 5 minutes and the manager was like I got you! All while she was training and she was giving compliments to her workers! It was great!
What wonderful customer service & fresh delicious food! We just ate here tonight & we loved it. It’s been years since we have been here since moved out of state, but if I lived closer, I would go often!
