Limited variety of soups. Only pork and Chicken. Take out style setup with seats available to eat in. Soups were ok for the price. Not great😙😏. Fried Calamari was good. Spicy soup was not spicy as expected. No Beef options.
I love Slurp! My last stop was on Saturday February 24th, 2024 on my way home from taking ferry. I was able to use the parking easily to order inside and take to go. Food was ready quickly and it was still delicious by the time I got home 15 minutes later. I would recommend that you park elsewhere as the parking is a nightmare but otherwise it’s delicious!
So, this is the only ramen place in Port Jefferson area (atleast that’s what I am aware of) and naturally extremely busy! I had their slurp ramen with karaage chicken. It was good, just what I was hoping for on a cold winter evening. However, it was served warm and not as piping hot as I would have loved for sure. Nevertheless the quality of food and ambience is definitely worth giving the place a try!..
Nice spot in a shopping center with parking in front. The soy sauce ramen with fried chicken tasted average. The soup base was watery & not much texture as a Ramen soup should be.
Our group of 10 rode 52 rides from Lake Success to indulge in a bowl of ramen. Majority opinion was good or average, not great.
Our high expectations fell short. Likely need to try a different dish on future visit to be fair.
Phenomenal ramen place, some of the best I’ve ever had, that I will certainly never forget, very fast service that you can simply order and pay from your table if you’d like, wish it was closer but will definitely be back if/when we are back in the area!
