So between Wendy’s and the Rest (needless I mention their names), Wendy’s is by far the better and this is due to:
* their food is fresh
* has flavor
*very affordable
*eatable to the last
I got the wrong burger but I ended up liking the one a got, that’s how good it was.
The drive thru little girl was rude and very disrespectful. There was no line. I asked the girl to hold while I got my order together (the hold was about ten seconds). When I asked if she was ready to my order she had attitude. When I received my order I said have a nice day and she closed the window in my face. If you don’t like your job do something else!
Attention to the Management: PLEASE inform your employee to be at least polite and conduct her manner in accordance to proper work ethics. Just this morning I encountered this server which her name indicated on our receipt LORENA, a Spanish speaking woman. She was so mean to us, instead of explaining that what we order is combo so all of the 3 combo includes drinks however, she has a very upset voice and very bad looks towards us. I told her politely to be patient with us and lower your voice, still early in the morning and yet your attitude is so much of it. I will not visit this place anymore, I’d rather cross the street where McDonald has better customer service.

The food is good, but I would appreciate it if the employees could be more polite and have a better understanding of how the Wendy’s rewards app works. On one occasion, I redeemed a Baconator, but instead, I received a regular Junior Deluxe with two pieces of bacon and was told it was a Baconator. The service at this location needs to be improved
One of the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. I went through drove thru. Even with long lines it was quick. The workers voice was clear friendly and welcoming. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Good experience. Great teamwork from the workers.
