Maybe the slowest Dunkin I have ever been too. Also the cold brew was absolutely terrible. They are NOT ready for the summer wish at all
I don’t ever leave negative reviews but this is rediculous.. Stay away from this place unless you want rotten milk in your coffee or your order wrong. The staff seems like they don’t want to Work and you bother them when you order food. Out of 8 orders 7 were wrong.in the past 3 weeks, on more then half my coffee was ice cold and tasted burnt or old.. How you pour cold/old. Coffee in someone’s cup and think that’s OK when they order a hot coffee is beyond me.. I guess this is what passes for work in 2022. If you go here triple check your order before leaving.. Im not the only one this happens to. You want good Dunkin and service, drive to 116th.
The windows were so dirty and grimy. The staff is out to lunch .. walking around and talking to their friends.. could care less. They need to improve their game. coffee was good.
I’m not a fan of Dunkin Donuts because I like Peter Pan Donuts and their lots of better ones not tasty of them not wine because they are not bad in either side of their desserts but Dunkin Donuts are not my favorite places to go.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the guy working somehow forgot the bacon . It’s three ingredients . Terrible service
