    Wait time is 20 minutes for matcha latte.
    No one asked the name when took an order.
    Then no one knows what is whose.
    While waiting for 20 minutes you can’t sit there.
    Every single table is dirty like a pig house.

    All staff is moving so slow. They need to drink their coffee themselves first to wake them up.

    The layout of all machines is too far away from each other which takes staff to waste so much time moving from one to another.
    Can’t communicate with the customers. Saying it’s my fault I didn’t mention my name 😂😂.

    Asked refund. They said you only can have store credit. I Paid cash. Afterwords had to raise my voice on Saturday beautiful morning and wake everyone up there. Got my refund back right away. They probably awake now.

    The most ridiculous irresponsible people working here. I’m sorry to say so.

    I live nearby so was excited when this location opened. With no exaggeration, I have never received the correct order from this place. Either they are out of something or constantly make the wrong drink. It is so frustrating that I simply travel further to another location to get the correct beverage without the hassle of asking them to remake it or drink whatever they randomly come up with.

    Haylie was very helpful when I couldn’t decide what to order. She explained menu items and was very knowledgeable and patient. Drink I ordered was perfect. I will be coming back here regularly!

    I ordered an ice white chocolate grande mocha. It tasted like sweet milk no coffee add to this drink unfortunately was unable to go back to have it fixed.

    LONG!! Wait for drinks,
    Counters were filthy with spills and crumbs. Watch staff put bags of customers’ food right into the spills. Staff acted like they were overwhelmed and didn’t care.
    There was a large puddle on the floor that seemed to be growing from a leak.
